elemental lemonade

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml Elemental Citrus Gin

  • 25ml fresh Lemon juice

  • Juice of half an orange

  • 25ml sugar syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Top with lemonade and a wheel of lemon

METHOD:

Combine the Elemental Citrus Gin, with the fruit juice, sugar syrup and Angostura in a Boston glass, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 7-10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice and top with lemonade to create a layered effect and garnish with a lemon wheel for a refreshing and zesty cocktail.
