INGREDIENTS:

  • 100ml Elemental Raspberry Gin.

  • 3 x 200ml bottles of tonic.

  • 50ml Elderflower cordial.

  • Orange, raspberries, cucumber, mint.

METHOD:

Drop a handful of ice into a large jug. Add all ingredients and slice fruits. Give it a good stir, and enjoy on a hot summer’s day! For the tonic, we really enjoy Navas Garden Tonic with our raspberry gin.
