INGREDIENTS:

  • 25ml Elemental Classic Cornish Gin.

  • 25ml Campari.

  • 25ml Knightor Red Vermouth.

METHOD:

In a mixing jug, add 25ml of Elemental Classic Cornish Gin, 25ml Campari, and 25ml of Red Vermouth (we enjoy Knightor). Stir thoroughly with ice, then strain over a rock glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.
